What is BlueList?

BlueList is your all-in-one kitchen and grocery companion. It lets you manage recipes, plan meals, create smart shopping lists, and organize cookbooks — all designed to make your life easier.

Everything is designed to be simple and enjoyable. That's it.

Your Content

Everything you create in BlueList — recipes, shopping lists, cookbooks, and meal plans — belongs to you. We store it securely using Google Firebase so it stays in sync across your devices.

You can share your content with others using links or codes. You control what you share, and you can revoke access at any time.

Your Account

You need an account to use BlueList. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you'd like to delete your account, just reach out to us and we'll handle it promptly.

Premium Features and Subscriptions

BlueList offers both free functionality and a Premium subscription tier. The Premium features require an active, paid subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage and cancel your subscription directly through your device's app store settings. If you cancel, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Acceptable Use

We want BlueList to be a safe place for everyone. By using the app, you agree that you will not:

  • Send spam, phishing links, or unsolicited messages.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security.
  • Share third-party personal data without their explicit consent.
  • Upload or share illegal, hateful, abusive, or harmful content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the app's source code.

Violations of These Terms

If you violate these terms, we may take action including issuing a warning, removing specific content, suspending your account temporarily, or deleting your account permanently. Severe violations, such as sharing illegal content or harassment, may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.

Termination

Both you and BlueList can terminate this agreement and your account at any time. You can easily delete your account directly from the app's settings. Upon termination, your access to the service will end immediately, and your data will be permanently and immediately deleted.

Limitation of Liability

BlueList is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for any loss of data caused by device failures, user errors, or service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to BlueList will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the preceding 12 months (or zero if you only used the free version).

Updates to These Terms

We may occasionally update these terms. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We'll keep things just as simple and transparent as they are now.
